We need a skilled designer who masters Photoshop & Illustrator & uses AI is a tool, not a crutch!

Location: On-site in Satwa (preferred) - Near Co-op & Emirates Post Hybrid/remote possible for highly skilled graphic designers (must be available 9 AM-5 PM UAE time)
Must-Have Skills:

Expert in Photoshop - Precision cutouts, color correction, non-destructive editing Strong in Illustrator - Logo work, vector graphics, asset creation Reliable manual design skills - We value traditional techniques just as much as efficiency Valid UAE residency visa
AI in Our Workflow:

- AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) can be used as helpers, not replacements

- Final deliverables must demonstrate your hands-on design expertise

Job Details:

- ASAP start (30-day contract, possible extension)

- Full-time (9 AM-5 PM, Mon-Fri)

- 4,000 AED for the full project

Your Role Breakdown:

70% - Product photo retouching 20% - Graphic design (social posts, ads, branding assets) 10% - Live collaboration & feedback sessions Ideal Candidate:
- Portfolio showcasing manual retouching & design work

- Can explain your creative process without relying solely on AI

- Owns a professional-grade laptop

- Available to start immediately
