dynamic, hands-on Graphic Designer

who can think visually, move fast, and create eye-catching content that helps our properties stand out.

What You'll Do:

Graphic Design & Branding

Design engaging creatives for real estate listings, social media, brochures, banners, emailers, and WhatsApp flyers. Develop branded materials (logos, color palettes, templates) that reflect our modern, solution-driven image. Work with 3D visual content or staging (optional but a plus).

Email Digital Marketing

Create visual content for email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue. Assist in layout and execution of property mailers, client updates, and lead-nurturing emails. Optimize visuals for mobile and desktop compatibility.

Lead Engagement Support

Occasionally follow up with potential leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to share information or confirm interest. Help coordinate and schedule client communication, ensuring timely responses to inquiries generated through marketing efforts. Support alignment between the marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

(InDesign is a plus). Strong understanding of

layout, typography, and color theory

. Basic knowledge of

email marketing design and tools

(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Comfortable with social media content design (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Excellent communication skills and team coordination. Real estate or agency experience preferred, but not required. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut). Experience with CRM or basic WhatsApp marketing tools.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
