We are a fast-growing company in the functional food and clean beauty sectors, operating multiple brands in Oman and UAE. Our products are natural, and ethically made. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who can take full ownership of our visual identity, packaging, and online presence.
Your Role Will Combine Two Key Areas:
Branding & Packaging Design (Food + Skincare)
Create
product packaging, labels, and brand assets
that are modern, clean, and visually compelling Design formultiple product categories
, including healthy snacks, nut butters, desserts, natural skincare, and cosmetics Developbrand guidelines, sales brochures, POS material, and trade show content
Work closely with product and marketing teams to execute seasonal launches and promotional campaignsShopify & Online Sales Optimization
Manage and optimize our
Shopify storefronts
(including homepage, product pages, cart flow, and mobile responsiveness) Improveconversion rate
,upsells
, andretention strategies
Coordinateads, email flows, SEO, and influencer UGC
in collaboration with other team members Use data to guide decisions and push sales consistentlyRequired Skills & Experience
4+ years in
graphic design
, with a strong portfolio infood and skincare packaging
Mastery in graphic design software and new AI software. Deep understanding ofShopify
, e-commerce , product page design, and funnel optimization Working knowledge ofemail marketing
Ability toplan and execute digital campaigns
in collaboration with marketing Creative, proactive, and data-driven with a strong aesthetic sense Strong English communication skills. Arabic is a plus. UAE and Oman experience is preferredJob Type: Full-time
