Where this role fits in our mission We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a star player to join our marketing team to build, maintain, lead our growth efforts and localize the Calo brand experience through online and offline marketing channels, helping us stay fresh and competitive. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on

Study design briefs, determine requirements and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Creating images and layouts using design software
Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and test graphics across digital mockups of various media
Ensure consistency of our brand guidelines across all printed and digital media.
Work with the marketing team to produce the final design
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Amend designs after feedback
Communicate closely with printers and sourcing printed collaterals for designs and packaging.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas
Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media that attracts and converts our target groups.
