Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative
Graphic Designer
with at least2 years of professional experience
to join our team. The primary focus of this role is the creation, refinement, and production of high-qualityproduct labels and packaging designs
.The ideal candidate will be a master of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically
Photoshop and Illustrator
, and will understand how to transition a design from a digital concept to a physical product.Key Responsibilities
Label Design:
Create visually stunning and compliant label designs for various product lines.Product Mockups:
Develop high-fidelity 3D product renders and mockups using Photoshop for marketing materials.Vector Work:
Utilize Illustrator to create scalable graphics, logos, and technical dielines.Print Preparation:
Ensure all files are "press-ready," including managing bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and spot colors.Collaboration:
Work closely with the production team to ensure design integrity remains intact during the manufacturing process.Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (specifically in-house or agency experience with product-based brands).Software Mastery:
Adobe Illustrator:
Expert level (vector shapes, typography, and complex dielines).Adobe Photoshop:
Expert level (photo retouching, compositing, and texture mapping).Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the print production process, including material types and finishing (foil, matte/gloss, etc.).Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing previouslabel and packaging work
is mandatory.Skills We're Looking For

You can spot a 1px misalignment or a typo from a mile away.Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Creativity:
