About the Role: On this role individual requires to develop creative concepts, creative and key visual for campaigns, promotions and offline assets across brands physical touchpoints and support adaptations in omnichannel communication Key Responsibilities:
Design the key visuals for promotional and seasonal campaigns amplified in stores and online based on the marketing calendar and in line with the given briefs and guidelines
Build the offers content based on templates and finalize the production assets based on briefs
Design the concept and creative of marketing campaigns based on given brief and in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice
Build consistent look and feel across campaigns in line with the requirements of each channel in stores and online
Develop creative concepts that sync with Brands guidelines with a “customer first” mindset
Support marketing and operations functions in day to day creative and adaptations requirements
Understand and apply Branding guidelines to ensure visual consistency and unified tone of voice across brands touchpoints
Work closely with marketing team, commercial and operations team to understand the journey of communication and the requirements of each project
Job Responsibilities:
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design will be preferred
Proficiency in InDesign, illustrator and Photoshop
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ recent experience in Graphic Design and Branding or Agency in a corporate environment
Retail experience will be a plus, preferably in food
2 years minimum experience in corporate organizations
A good eye on details
Excellent communication skills
Web Design and Social Media Content creation (Optional)
Video Editing (Optional)
Arabic is a plus
Photo Editing for offline assets creation
