Job Description
Responsibilities
•Design and develop creative deliverables for the Business Units (BUs) of T&M Division •Design and develop customer communication, in-line with the Group’s Corporate Identity (CI) Guidelines •Maintain Resource Library of Brand Assets/ Logos, Images, Photos, and Videos •Supervise printing and production with vendors as and when required •Liaise with vendors and suppliers for producing deliverables for advertising and marketing communication, such as flyers, brochures, posters, websites, news-letters, videos, social media, events and exhibition-related projects. •Support marketing, advertising and design teams by coordinating and collating content. •Initiate and monitor conventional media (print, electronic, outdoor, etc.) and online activities (including website, social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) for various marketing initiatives. •Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, purchasing of Stock images/ Stock Music/ Stock Video, etc. and proof-checking copy. •Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails. •Organize the production of branded items such as stationery and other merchandise. •Coordinate with the team members on a day to day basis for marketing projects and activities as required. •Use the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.

Education Degree
: Bachelor
Major
: Graphic Art/ Visual Art, or any equivalent qualification
Experience
Years of Experience
: 3 - 4 Years
Field of Experience
: • Experience in reputed advertising agency/ brand agency/ graphic design studio of reputed company
Skills
•Ability to independently create design layout and artwork using professional tool and software, work with vendors and other third-party suppliers for timely delivery of deliverables for print jobs, PR events, Social Media, marketing activities, etc. •Excellent command over spoken and written Arabic and English languages •Must have a very sharp eye for creative details
