We are looking for a wizard of a Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. Based in our sports facility in Dammam and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bring creativity, innovation and an adaptable mindset in this fast-growing area of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all departments have assets that represent the brand to a tee. You'll deliver effective, on-strategy, creative graphics for the website, email marketing, PR initiatives, social media, digital ads, sales decks, mockups and more, as well as the curation, organization and delivery of current graphic assets. The experience of interacting with our brand should be educational, energetic and inspiring.
Responsibilities:
Design a variety of digital and print marketing materials
Update and manage existing materials to new, current designs
Maintain library of graphic assets for team use
Create style guides and pitch decks to inspire and excite internal and external partners
Create social media content as needed, including static images, GIFS & video; collaborate with team to execute against SM calendar and campaigns
Conceptualize new ways to visualize content & deliver effective and delightful brand experiences that drives footfall, increase engagement, build community and more
Liaise with both internal and external teams to deliver necessary assets
Maintain brand feel and voice across all assets
Stay abreast of new design trends, functionalities, & best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Have 3+ years of experience at a creative agency, in-house, or marketing at a brand-forward company
Understanding of paid social and digital advertising best practices
Experienced with motion graphics and After Effects
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides
A dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in brand design and art direction, with an emphasis on paid social, events, and marketing collateral
Calm under pressure and very comfortable with ambiguity
Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communication design field or comparable experience

Our facilities, at 7,000 sq. meters plus, will be home to various sports, offering a temperature-controlled, open space for individual customers, academies and federations to play the games they love.
About Duplays:
Duplays was founded on a simple observation. People move to a new city and find it difficult to connect with others to play the sports they left behind but still love to play. We wanted to change that, so we started Duplays (yes a play on words for “Dubai plays”), as an online platform that would connect sports enthusiasts with sport leagues that we’d organize across the Emirate. We found the venues, hired the referees, and created teams and schedules. We did this at scale, across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, each night, every night to become the UAE’s largest provider of adult, participatory sport. Our mission today is no different. We want to be the sport venues of choice for people to play sports.
