:

We are a UAE-based paper cup manufacturing company focused on the packaging needs of Premium Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotel (in-house), Bakeries, Supermarket chains, and more.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing artwork for paper cups, cup sleeves, packaging, and various promotional materials. This role combines creative design skills with a strong understanding of printing processes used in paper cup manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create custom designs for printed paper cups and related packaging materials. Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients design needs. Work closely with machine operators and the production supervisor.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. Strong knowledge of Vector design, CMYK color system, Flexo, UV, or offset printing, packaging, and dieline creation.

Soft Skills:

Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. Problem solving mindset with a focus on accuracy Being reliable. Being smart and agile. Ability to pay attention to detail. Operate printing machine.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Designer or related field.

1-3 years of experience in packaging design or print production.

Experience in FMCG or disposable packaging industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
