We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a
Graphic Designer cum Sales Coordinator
. This dual-role position involves creating visually compelling marketing materials, including posters and digital content for transport-related promotions, while also supporting the sales team in coordinating leads, managing client communications, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design promotional posters, banners, flyers, and social media creatives for land transportation services.
Develop visual content for campaigns, branding, and advertising materials aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to plan marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Assist in tracking and following up on client inquiries, quotations, and service bookings.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a database of clients, manage sales reports, and support CRM activities.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Requirements:
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage.
Knowledge of transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
