An ideal candidate must have education in graphic design or similar design related certification.
Responsibilities

• Assist the production of the hotel's internal and external collaterals as per the brand's standards.
• Assist in general design requests, art-working and day-to-day design needs.
• Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.
• Support by working on marketing materials including, but not limited to, digital and print media collateral, touchpoints, and presentations.
• Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits.
• Support departments with photo or video shoots
• Allocate time and resources effectively
• Communicate internally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Education in graphic design or similar design related certification.
• Basic functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to understand design requirements with ease.
• Portfolio of work ready to share.
