The Role: Graphics Designer
The Graphics Designer will take ownership of one or more ventures within Emerge, ensuring strategic execution and efficiency. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills.
Candidates with backgrounds in Venture Capital firms, agencies, or startups will find this role particularly relevant.
Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Digital Design:

Create engaging, on-brand visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing materials. * UI/UX Design:
Develop user-centered design solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality to enhance user experience. * Trend Analysis & Innovation:
Stay updated with design trends and best practices from leading tech companies to continuously evolve our Graphics strategies. * Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with program managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, high-quality design solutions. * Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. * Feedback & Iteration:
Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and user testing to refine designs and improve overall effectiveness.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals who:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphics design with a strong focus on social media and strategic execution.
• Must have experience working with venture capital firms, agencies, or startups.
• Demonstrated skills in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Keen understanding of current design trends and best practices, especially those adopted by top tech companies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Graphics Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Animation experience is a plus.
• Experience in and the ability to work efficiently in a remote work setting.
