Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, digital design, web design, and social media content creation. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics that support our marketing strategies and client projects, with a focus on

WordPress website design

and

social media design

. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design tools, as well as a passion for delivering engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Design and manage websites using

WordPress

and other content management systems. Create engaging and visually appealing

social media graphics and campaigns

tailored for various platforms. Produce creative web designs, including user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience and functionality. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials, presentations, and digital campaigns. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality graphics, animations, and multimedia content. Incorporate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into design projects when required. Support content creation with photography and video editing. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and concepts. Maintain an organised archive of design assets and project files.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing

web and social media projects

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and InVision. Strong knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies. Experience designing, customising, and managing

WordPress websites

. Understanding of social media design trends and strategies. Familiarity with web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in

WordPress website development

and

social media design

(preferred).
