The Role
Primary duties and responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle clients projects autonomously, in coordination with Head of department \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit reports in a timely manner (iTime, daily tracking sheets, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply correct use of firm templates and branding guidelines to produce high quality deliverables in an efficient and timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in brainstorming sessions, create concepts, develop visuals and finalize projects related to firm and to its clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Accountable for quality assurance and review of projects prior to delivery including but not limited to proofreading, brand guidelines compliance and/or pre-production standards (pre-press, web standards) \xe2\x80\xa2 Review others\xe2\x80\x99 projects whenever assigned to by the Head of department to ensure high quality deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Share with Head of department all design and report production output prior to client dispatch \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Head of department in project planning including but not limited to tasks breakdown, time estimation and project framework i.e. resources and final output definition \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise on any final output to update the portfolio and archive \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Head in training and coaching new hires in his/her area as well as other staff members on specialty software as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Safekeeping of files, data and archives \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements
Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Graphic Design college degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic (spoken and written) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Broad knowledge of other relevant software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Adobe Suite. HTML knowledge is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in report production \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in graphic design \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate and maintain cooperative relationships with co-workers, managers, client staff and clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Take direction and accept criticism constructively \xe2\x80\xa2 Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Cooperate with team members and superiors to promote a positive, healthy, and efficient team environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively participate to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
