Graphics Designer - Engraver/ Machine operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphics Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, customizing, and preparing designs for T-shirts, laser engraving, and other promotional products. The role requires proficiency in graphic design software, attention to detail, Machine Operations and collaboration with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities: Design Creation & Customization

Create custom designs for T-shirts based on client specifications or company branding. Develop and prepare designs suitable for laser engraving, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Adapt designs to fit various product sizes, colors, and materials (e.g., different fabrics or surfaces for engraving). Conceptualize unique and eye-catching graphics, artworks, and designs based on customer requests and market trends. Should be proficient in using the Machines.

Graphic Software Proficiency

Use graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar) to create and edit designs. Prepare design files for printing and laser engraving in correct formats (SVG, EPS, PNG, PDF) with proper color profiles and resolutions. Create digital mockups or prototypes to help clients visualize the final product.

Printing & Laser Engraving Operations

Operate T-shirt printing machines, including screen printing, heat press, and DTG printers. Select and manage appropriate materials for printing or engraving, ensuring compatibility. Monitor print and engraving quality, adjusting machine settings and troubleshooting issues as needed. Perform basic maintenance of printing and laser engraving equipment. Set up, calibrate, and optimize laser engraving machines for different materials (wood, metal, glass, acrylic).

Professional Responsibilities

Exhibit professionalism in all customer and team interactions. Protect customer data and sensitive information, complying with data protection regulations. Follow safety protocols while handling electronic devices, tools, and machinery. Maintain an organized and clean workspace. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex design or production challenges. Handle customer feedback constructively, striving for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design software. Experience with T-shirt printing, laser engraving, or other product customization is a plus. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety standards and equipment maintenance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
