ROLE SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual content for digital and offline platforms, turning business requirements into creative concepts and polished designs. The role involves developing campaign key visuals, adapting artwork into multiple formats, managing multiple briefs, and delivering on time while maintaining brand consistency. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and the ability to think creatively, present ideas, and collaborate with stakeholders are essential.
ROLE PROFILE

• Translate business objectives into creative concepts and visual solutions
• Design and develop key visuals, digital assets, and offline materials across campaigns
• Adapt master designs into multiple formats for social, digital, and print channels
• Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Manage multiple design briefs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and production partners to execute concepts
• Maintain high accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across all deliverables
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative creative team environment and stay updated on industry trends

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, advertising, or digital agency environments
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital designs, campaign key visuals, and branding work
• Ability to read and write Arabic (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
