Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled and motivated Graphic Designer

to join our printing and advertising team. This is a

dual-role position

, where the candidate must have

strong graphic design skills

along with

practical knowledge of offset printing machine operations

.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who understands both

creative design

and the

technical printing process

within the offset printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

Create designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, and marketing materials Prepare print-ready files according to offset printing standards Ensure correct color modes, bleeds, margins, and resolutions Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate output Modify and finalize artworks based on client or internal feedback

Machine Operator / Offset Printing Responsibilities:

Operate and assist in offset printing machines Understand printing setups, paper types, inks, and color matching Monitor print quality and troubleshoot basic machine issues Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines Ensure minimal wastage and high-quality output
Requirements

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

in the

printing industry

Knowledge of offset printing machine operation is mandatory

Strong skills in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Understanding of

pre-press and post-press processes

Ability to manage both design and production responsibilities Attention to detail and quality control Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Prior experience in the

offset printing industry

is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or Printing Technology Experience in commercial printing or advertising companies UAE experience preferred
