About the Role:

New World Developments LLC is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of design and marketing tasks from creating brochures and project visuals to editing promotional videos and preparing sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials that reflect the company's real estate projects and branding. Create and edit engaging videos for project marketing, social media, and corporate presentations. Prepare professional sales offers, project presentations, and marketing documents. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop creative visual concepts for campaigns. Maintain visual consistency across all company materials and online channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and marketing content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong eye for design, color, layout, and typography. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills.
