GW Products is a growing portfolio of lifestyle and alternative product brands, each with its own distinct voice and identity. Headquartered in Dubai, we're building a dynamic in-house creative team to help shape and support the growth of these brands across a range of channels and markets.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Middleweight

Graphic Designer

to join our team in Dubai. This role will see you working closely with the Head of Brand and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative assets across digital, print, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce compelling social media graphics and short-form video content for multiple brands Edit and deliver high-quality videos tailored for digital and social platforms Create and update packaging designs in line with brand guidelines and market requirements Develop print-ready marketing assets including brochures, sales materials, and event collateral Manage and maintain an organised library of graphic and media assets for internal and external use Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to ensure all creative outputs align with brand strategy and visual identity Take ownership of projects from concept through to execution, managing timelines and deliverables effectively Adapt to varying brand styles and respond constructively to feedback

What We're Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a strong understanding of both digital and print formats A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking and execution across branding, social media, video, and packaging Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a strong advantage) Experience editing short-form video content for social media platforms Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and structure media and graphic asset libraries A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills videography and photography Experience is a plus
