About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual design and be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics across digital and print media -- including product packaging, social media content, marketing materials, and advertising visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design packaging, product labels, catalogs, and promotional materials for retail and online use. Create engaging content for social media, e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.), and company websites. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Prepare artwork for print and digital production (brochures, flyers, posters, roll-ups, banners). Ensure consistency in brand tone, color schemes, and typography across all materials. Work on photo editing, product retouching, and visual mockups as required. Manage multiple design projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Graphic Design

,

Visual Communication

, or a related field. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in graphic design (FMCG or retail experience preferred). Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Experience with

digital marketing visuals

and

social media content creation

. Knowledge of packaging design and print production processes is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills

Creative thinker with a good sense of aesthetics. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly. Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
