We are expanding our creative team and are on the lookout for a passionate Junior Designer who is ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

The Role:

As a Junior Designer, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working on a variety of design projects from conception to delivery. You'll collaborate with senior designers and the sales team to create visually appealing and conceptually strong designs that align with client objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of design solutions for various corporate gifts, including customization for client branding.

Help in developing digital and print marketing materials.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for client projects.

Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.

Participate in client meetings to understand their branding needs and design preferences.

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Up to 1-2 years of experience in a design role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with 3D design software.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Arabic is a plus.

Candidate must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
