We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer (2-3 years of experience)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation and a portfolio that showcases their ability to bring concepts to life across digital and print platforms. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with different teams while also working independently to deliver high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital channels ( social media, websites, email campaigns, online ads) and print materials ( flyers, brochures, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Adapt and repurpose designs for multiple platforms while maintaining consistency in branding. Support the creation of presentations, infographics, and promotional materials. Stay updated on design trends and suggest fresh, innovative ideas. Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and are optimized for intended platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects ); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus. Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
