Graphic Designer (Social-First & Motion Capable)

.

This role goes beyond static design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of

social-first creative work

, plus the ability to produce

lean motion graphics

such as GIFs, motion overlays, and animated social ads. You'll collaborate with creative, strategy, and video teams to bring content ideas to life for some of the region's leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social-first content tailored to each platform. Create static and motion assets: carousels, GIFs, reels, ads, templates. Support campaigns with key visuals, infographics, decks, and brand assets. Work closely with content, strategy, and AV teams to deliver impactful creative. Adapt visuals for various formats and aspect ratios. Stay on top of trends in design, motion, and platform aesthetics.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years' design experience

in an agency, studio, or in-house team. Strong portfolio showcasing

social-first designs

and

motion samples

. Advanced skills in

Photoshop & Illustrator

; basic

After Effects

knowledge. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Awareness of what works best across social platforms.
