Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail oriented designer to craft engaging, on-brand visuals across social, digital, and print and confidently handle short-form video/reels when needed. You'll translate ideas into polished designs that communicate our brand message consistently across platforms.

What You'll Do

Design (?70%): Produce social media creatives, carousels, stories, ads, web assets, email headers/campaign graphics, presentations/decks, flyers, brochures, posters, roll-ups, and branding elements (brand kits, stationery, templates), ensuring pre-press hygiene (bleeds/crops/CMYK) and web specs. Concept & Brand: Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts from briefs; build moodboards/storyboards; ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives; adapt creatives for multiple sizes/markets without losing the idea. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visual campaigns; iterate based on performance feedback and timelines. Video & Visual Content (?30%): Edit 15-30s reels/shorts (9:16), add text-on-video, transitions, captions/subtitles, light color/sound; create simple motion graphics (animated type, logo stings, lower thirds); enhance photos/videos as needed. Quality & Trends: Maintain high design accuracy (type, hierarchy, spacing, alignment); manage assets with clean naming/version control; stay current on design trends, tools, and platform best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 1-3 years of proven design experience (agency or in-house); freshers with standout portfolios may be considered. Strong portfolio showing original concepts across static design and short-form video. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud--Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro (video)/Capcut Bonus: Figma/Canva, basic photography Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and clear communication; comfortable working independently and in a team.
