TYB is looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn't just follow the brief -- they elevate it. If you think in concepts, dream in visuals, and bring ideas to life in 2D, 3D, or motion -- this might be your next big move.
What You'll Do:
Design across touchpoints -- from social to 3D renders, POSM, and trade show displays
Create compelling visuals for ATL, BTL, digital, and immersive platforms
Conceptualize and execute campaigns for FMCG and lifestyle brands
Own the full creative process -- from brainstorming to animation and rendering
Collaborate with the Art Director and team to align with brand strategy
Ensure outputs follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Manage multiple projects with high standards and tight timelines
Present ideas clearly and confidently
Who You Are:
Skilled with 3D tools (Cinema4D, SketchUp, or Blender) -- must-have
Concept-driven with a sharp eye for visuals
2-3 years' studio/agency experience (preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, IN, AE, PR, AN)
Strong grasp of layout, color, typography, and storytelling
Knowledgeable in prepping final artwork for print and digital
Trend-aware and eager to explore new design tools
A multitasker who thrives under pressure
Comfortable on Mac or open to learning
Bonus Points:
Portfolio showcasing campaigns, motion, and 3D for FMCG clients
Love for bold, visual problem-solving
Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Confident English communicator
