We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our brand presence through compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content, to promote our real estate properties.

Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure that all graphics meet our quality standards.

Assist in the creation of advertising campaigns and promotional materials for print and digital media.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work closely with photographers to coordinate photo for marketing purposes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premier Pro will be a plus

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to create 3D renderings and visualizations is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
