Job Description
MedX Pharmacy is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality product content and visual assets to support the company's retail pharmacy and e-commerce operations. This role requires strong design expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized content that enhances customer experience and drives online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and edit product content, visuals, and creatives for e-commerce websites, portals, and digital marketing campaigns. Establish and maintain standards, systems, and best practices for product listings, content creation, distribution, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate content across all online platforms. Create engaging graphics for landing pages, social media, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and other digital channels. Conduct website and landing page testing to ensure responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs. Support digital marketing activities including SEO, keyword research, paid social media campaigns, and website UX enhancements. Ensure all design work aligns with brand identity, pharmacy standards, and compliance guidelines. Monitor performance of digital content using analytics tools and optimize creatives based on performance insights. Prepare and analyze reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and web analytics to track sales and content effectiveness. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
