We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. We are looking for someone who can shape and drive the conceptual and visual design. This is a role for a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and visual communicator..

Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer for TLM, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform graphics adhering to the TLM brand guidelines which drive the brand forward. You will be delivering creative content for marketing communications, sales support, product packaging, as well as internal graphics deliverables.

Supporting the Marketing Manager, HR Manager, and Sales teams on multichannel design requirements Conceptualize and execute seasonal marketing campaigns covering image graphics, email newsletter designs, landing page artwork, web banners, and social media content Design concepts in response to artwork requests from sales teams for specific brands Produce printing collaterals including business cards, brochures, catalogs, posters, gift items, in-store merchandising etc. to support brand's marketing activities Packaging design for TLM's private label brands Produce presentation material for presentations Stay on track with emerging trends and culture and engaging with the wider creative community Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events. Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments to teams Works closely with e-commerce teams to align on multichannel creative

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic and web design Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Demonstrated excellence in graphic design skills and a high degree of innovation through a professional portfolio Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)

A keen eye for detail Time management and multitasking abilities Video editing experience is a big advantage.
