About Us:

Coach Transformation Academy (An HSI Corporate Services Provider Venture) is a leading global coach training organization providing ICF-accredited coach training programs. We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and brings strong visual storytelling skills to help build our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design creative assets for digital platforms including website banners, social media posts, ads, presentations, brochures, and emailers.

? Use tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and other design software to create high-quality, on-brand graphics.

? Edit and create video content, including reels, short videos, and promo clips for social media and training classes.

? Assist in basic video production -- including shooting videos during virtual or in-person training sessions.

? Plan, design, and publish social media content in coordination with the marketing team.

? Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and support lead generation.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

? Collaborate with content creators, trainers, and the digital marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer or visual content creator.

? Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

? Strong understanding of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).

? Ability to shoot videos, understand basic framing, lighting, and sound (even on phone or DSLR).

? Experience in creating content for and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

? Knowledge of social media algorithms and how to create content that drives growth and engagement.

? Excellent creativity, time management, and communication skills.

? Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Ability to create animations or motion graphics
