Macaw Advertising is a leading creative and production agency in the UAE, specializing in

signages, printing, branding, t-shirt production, and customized promotional products

. We are looking for a

talented and experienced Graphic Designer

to join our team and play a key role in shaping creative and impactful design solutions across a variety of mediums.

Key Responsibilities

Design a wide range of materials, including: Indoor & outdoor signages, hoardings, vehicle wraps/branding T-shirt and apparel printing Flyers, brochures, business cards, roll-ups, banners Corporate branding and packaging materials Develop strong brand identities, including

logos, typography, brand guidelines

. Prepare accurate,

print-ready files

(CMYK, bleed, resolution). Collaborate with the production and operations team to ensure high-quality final output. Communicate with clients (when required) to understand and translate their vision into effective designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in graphic design (preferably in signage, printing, or branding). Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

. Strong working knowledge of

CorelDRAW

(preferred). Excellent understanding of

print requirements, file formats, resolutions, and finishing techniques

. A strong creative mindset with a keen eye for

layout, color, and detail

. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Motion graphics or video editing (

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

). Experience with

large format printing

or

corporate gifts design

.
