Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brand to life through visually compelling content. This role is central to creating engaging visual assets for both digital and print platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong design aesthetic, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Creative Design & Branding:

? Develop visually appealing designs in line with Byyu's brand identity for various platforms - website, social media, digital ads, packaging, merchandise, and print materials.
? Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints through effective use of typography, colors, and imagery.
? Assist in evolving the brand identity through fresh design concepts and ideas.

? Marketing Support:

? Design creatives for marketing campaigns, emailers, and promotional materials.
? Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to visualize and execute ideas that enhance engagement and sales.
? Translate concepts into graphics that effectively communicate marketing messages.

? Product Packaging, Mockups & B2B Projects:

? Create packaging designs and product mockups that highlight the premium and thoughtful nature of Byyu gifts.
? Work closely with vendors and production teams to ensure designs are print-ready and executed as envisioned.

Create mockups for B2B corporate gifting projects based on requirements shared by clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and presentation standards.

? Social Media & Web:

? Design banners, reels, stories, and other digital assets tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
? Work with the web team to update banners and visuals for the Byyu website.

? Internal and Corporate Projects:

? Support in creating pitch decks, presentations, and corporate brochures.
? Develop branded templates and materials for internal communication and client interactions.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce, gifting, or lifestyle brands.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Figma or Canva.

? Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative styles and execution.

? Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.

? Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly without compromising quality.

? Familiarity with packaging, print production, and digital design best practices.

? Knowledge of basic animation and video editing is a plus.

? A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
