Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will involve collaborating closely with marketing, communications, to produce high-quality graphics and promotional materials that effectively convey our brand message and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials including event posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, signage, and more.
2. Branding: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the company's events and initiatives.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
4. Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, layouts, and designs that align with project goals and target audience preferences.
5. Production: Prepare and deliver high-quality design assets suitable for various mediums and platforms, ensuring designs are optimized for their intended use.

Requirements:

Qualification in Graphic Design or related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and their respective design requirements. Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
