We are seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer
to join our in-house marketing and media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across various platforms including digital, print, and social media -- with a strong focus on corporate branding, property promotions, and event materials.Key Responsibilities:
Design digital assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and advertising. Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and event backdrops. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs. Collaborate with marketing, real estate, and management teams on creative ideas. Handle photo editing, retouching, and preparing images for publication. Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate or corporate sectors). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities. Knowledge of motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus. Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and team collaboration.
