Graphic Design & Video Editing:

Design visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube.
Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Stay updated on design trends and social media video formats.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content.

General IT Support (Microsoft 365)

Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Assist in user account management, permissions, and access configuration.
Support team members in basic troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 tools.
Coordinate with external IT providers or escalate issues when needed.
Ensure best practices for digital file storage, sharing, and collaboration.
