Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for bringing our brand and marketing initiatives to life through captivating visual content. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to design graphics for print, digital media, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, social media content, brochures, advertisements, and website elements.

Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and convey our brand identity effectively.

Digital and Print Design:

Create digital assets for online marketing campaigns, social media platforms, email marketing, and website banners.

Design print materials, such as flyers, posters, banners, and packaging, maintaining print quality standards.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives.

Work closely with copywriters and other team members to integrate visuals and messaging seamlessly.

Content Optimization:

Optimize images and graphics for digital platforms to ensure fast loading times and responsive design. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in digital and print media.

Branding Support:

Assist in maintaining and evolving the company's brand identity, including logo design and brand collateral. Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and project requirements.

Feedback and Revisions:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members into design revisions. Make necessary adjustments to improve the final design.

Education/Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
