Position Summary :

This role is of a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge who has the ability to interpret the business needs in marketing and to design solutions with high visual impact. This role will work on a variety of real estate development products, including websites, branding, digital banners, flyers, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity, print ads etc. and will coordinate with the sales department head and third-party marketing agency partners as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop design solutions for marketing materials, property presentations, branding, and digital assets.

Using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, create and edit video content for property promotions, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand project objectives and create compelling visuals.

Design and produce high-quality property brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, and presentations.

Schedule project implementation and take the design brief to record requirements and market needs.

Amend final designs, comments and take full approval.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Stay updated on luxury real estate aesthetics, design trends, and emerging technologies in graphic design.

Provide design recommendations based on market trends and industry insights.

Pre-Requisites :

Bachelors degree would be preferred, however not essential.

Total of 5-7 years of proven graphic designing experience, of which 3 years preferably from the Real Estate sector.

Should be proficient in posting on social media and also have the ability to work as a coordinator with all 3rd party agencies.

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality is a must.

Having the ability to cultivate a solid body of work with demonstratable graphic design skills and a strong portfolio.

Ability to interact, communicate and present constructive ideas by thinking creatively and develop ned design concepts, graphics and layouts.

Get up to date with the industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc).

Demonstrate professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
