Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative packaging designs for our products and targeted demographic audience, which requires a blend of graphic design expertise and a keen understanding of packaging concepts to ensure our products stand out on the shelves, meeting budgeting requirements and delivering products safely and sustainably to consumers. Develop creative and eye-catching packaging designs for our products, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards. Design and create visual assets for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentation proposals and digital content. Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing packaging designs for our products in line with brand guidelines, targeted audience and market trends. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing, to conceptualize and execute packaging designs that meet product requirements and target audience preferences. Utilize graphic design software and tools to create mock-ups, prototypes, and final artwork for packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor packaging designs to inform and enhance creative concepts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, providing input and feedback to improve the effectiveness and appeal of packaging designs. Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality. Stay informed about advancements in packaging technology, materials, and sustainability practices to continuously improve design strategies, skills & capabilities. Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on packaging design, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D design software). Strong background in graphic design, with experience in packaging design and a passion for creating impactful brand visuals Immediate joiners & Arabic speakers are preferred.
