This is a dynamic role requiring expertise in graphic design, content creation, video editing, and on-camera presentation. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable designing compelling visuals and confidently creating video content to engage our audience across social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
Design high-quality, on-brand graphics, banners, and course visuals for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads.
Develop and update
brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and presentation templates
for existing and upcoming courses.
Ensure all creative materials align with Red Learning's brand identity and visual standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and course coordination teams for timely updates on campaign needs and new course launches.
Video Content Creation & Editing
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos, including:
Course promos
Trainer intros
Testimonials
Event highlights
Add text overlays, transitions, effects, and music to enhance video storytelling.
Develop video scripts and storyboards in collaboration with the content and marketing team.
Create
motion graphics and animated explainer videos
using After Effects or equivalent tools.
On-Camera Engagement & Brand Representation
Appear confidently in short video content (reels, TikTok's, YouTube Shorts) to present:
Course features
Student success stories
Tips, trends, and highlights in professional development
Act as a visual face of the brand in storytelling, interactive reels, and day-in-the-life style content.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Contribute ideas for campaign visuals, content hooks, and trends aligned with target audience preferences.
Participate in
brainstorming sessions
for monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on design, social media, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand relevant and visually appealing.
Photography & Student Interaction
Capture
behind-the-scenes
moments during live training, webinars, events, and student interactions.
Organize and shoot
testimonial videos and student interviews
.
Manage a digital asset library with categorized photo and video content for future marketing use.
Platform Optimization & Content Delivery
Design and optimize visual content for each platform format (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, website).
Compress and export files for web and mobile performance without compromising quality.
Assist in uploading, tagging, and scheduling content across platforms when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
Proficient in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and color theory.
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera in both scripted and spontaneous formats.
Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and time-management skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video work, including motion graphics and social media content.
Bonus Skills (Preferred )
Basic animation or illustration skills.
Experience in photography and lighting setup for shoots.
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing for visuals.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
