Key Responsibilities: A. Software Expertise

Adobe creative suite Artios CAD Color Management & Quality Control Maintain color accuracy and consistency using tools like X-Rite Net Profiler or similar. Conduct soft and hard proofing to ensure output matches design intent. Implement G7 calibration, ICC profiling, and spot color adjustments for enhanced print quality. Esko Workflow & Automation Engine

Manage and optimize workflows using Esko Automation Engine to improve efficiency. Prepress workflows, file automation, and quality control checks within Esko software or similar. Work with Esko ArtPro+, PackEdge, and DeskPack plugins (or similar) for preflighting, trapping, and color management. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, ensuring seamless file processing from design to plate making. Prepress & In-House Plate Making

Oversee CTP imaging for offset printing plates. Prepare separations and proofs for offset printing on corrugated and folding carton materials. Collaborate with platemaking and press operators to troubleshoot printing challenges. Skills & Qualifications: Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, offset design and other graphic design tools. Strong understanding of packaging design, typography, and layout principles. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Knowledge of printing techniques, color correction, and file preparation for production. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience in designing for corrugated packaging or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with 3D design software like Adobe Dimension or Blender is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
