1. Creative Vision

Ability to generate innovative concepts that enhance the theme and experience of various events (e.g., weddings, corporate functions, festivals).

2. Strong Branding Skills

Understanding how to create cohesive branding across event materials, including invitations, signage, programs, and promotional items. Experience in developing brand identities that resonate with event themes and audiences.

3. Event-Specific Design Experience

Familiarity with designing for different types of events, including layouts for stages, booths, and signage. Knowledge of design elements that engage attendees and enhance the event experience.

4. Technical Proficiency

Mastery of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, 3DS Max - Sketchup - AutoCAD etc.) for creating print and digital materials. Creating 3D Model using 3DS Max - Sketchup - AutoCAD. Skilled in Creating Real life walk thru using Enscape - Unreal Engine etc. Skills in creating visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.

5. Attention to Detail

Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in designs (e.g., correct dates, logos, and branding). Ability to produce polished and professional materials under tight deadlines.

6. Adaptability

Flexibility to adjust designs based on client feedback or changing event details. Willingness to explore various design styles depending on the event type.

7. Strong Communication Skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with event planners, clients, and vendors. Clear articulation of design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

8. Time Management

Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Efficient workflow to handle last-minute requests and changes.

9. Understanding of Marketing and Promotion

Knowledge of how design influences event promotion, including social media graphics, brochures, and email campaigns. Ability to create eye-catching visuals that attract attendees and enhance ticket sales.

10. Portfolio of Relevant Work

A diverse portfolio showcasing experience in event-related design, including samples of past projects like invitations, event branding, and signage. Evidence of successful collaboration on previous events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
