We're seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly merge design with digital strategy. This role requires a versatile designer who can manage everything from visual storytelling to eCommerce design needs -- someone who understands both aesthetics and functionality across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design compelling visual content for web, print, and social media in line with brand guidelines.
Develop creative assets for eCommerce, including banners, product images, promotional campaigns, and landing pages.
Create editorial content such as flyers, catalogs, mockups, and marketing collateral.
Manage and update content on WordPress websites; basic knowledge of HTML is a must.
Handle AI content generation tools like ChatGPT to assist with creative content development.
Basic product photography, image retouching, and photo manipulation for online listings.
Collaborate with marketing to create visually appealing, SEO-optimized content.
Produce and edit basic product promo videos; experience in basic video editing is a plus.
Plan, schedule, and manage brand content across social media platforms.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and sales teams to meet project goals.
Ensure timely delivery of all assets while maintaining high standards under pressure.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom.
Working knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and content upload processes.
Experience with SEO principles and how they relate to eCommerce design.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative copy, content planning, and productivity.
Good eye for composition, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
Basic video editing skills for social and promotional use (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Capable of handling product photography and image preparation for digital platforms.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills - ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written) is essential.
Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design concepts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for presentations and reports.
Bonus Points For
Experience with motion graphics & animation (After Effects or similar tools).
Knowledge of Shopify, Noon, Amazon & other CMS/eCommerce platforms.
Interest in current design trends and how they apply to brand-building.
