AQUA PROPERTIES is looking to hire a creative and detail-oriented

Mid-Level Real Estate Graphic Designer

to join our growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a designer with experience in branding, marketing, and interior design visualization who can create high-impact visuals for luxury real estate projects.

Note: A portfolio showcasing relevant design and video editing work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualized and developed design solutions for marketing materials, property presentations, branding, and digital assets.

Using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, create and edit video content for property promotions, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the Creative Manager and Head of Marketing to understand project objectives and create compelling visuals.

Designed and produced high-quality property brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, and presentations.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Stay updated on luxury real estate aesthetics, design trends, and emerging technologies in graphic design.

Provide design recommendations based on market trends and industry insights.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or interior design within Dubai real estate, architecture, or luxury industries.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (3D visualization software is a plus).

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Experience creating high-end marketing materials for luxury properties.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
