We are an 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are looking for highly motivated & Energetic individuals, who enjoy multitasking to join our team as Graphic Designer. The Candidate should be computer savvy, result oriented, excellent time management skills and has a keen eye for color & detail. Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Day to day production tasks of printing, file preparations, resizing, preparing layouts etc as assigned by supervisors / team leaders
Ability to work independently as well as follow directions as part of a team.
Maintaining Clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
Finishing the jobs in allocated time frame, meeting quality standards
Operating print & finishing machines following strict health & safety standards.

Skills & Abilities required:

Knowledge / Experience of operating Wide format printing & cutting machines \xe2\x80\x93 AGFA / HP /Vutek, Esko, Epson, Mimaki, Zund ,Mutoh, Roland, Graphtec etc.
Knowledge / Experience of operating Flatbed cutter \xe2\x80\x93Esko konsberg, Zund , Colex or similar
Advanced Level experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software\xe2\x80\x99s
Advanced Level experience of using different rip softwares - Onyx, Caldera, Photoprint, maintop etc.
Ability to interpret and understand printing specifications, job orders, and layout designs.
Knowledge of Operating Lamination Machine
Highly organized and fast-paced to finish the jobs in tight deadlines
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude to handle every challenge and take initiative to solve them
Strong PC and Mac operating skills
Able to work well under pressure
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift media rolls and other production material.
Monitor the printing process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
Inspect and examine printed materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the job specifications and requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
Keep detailed records of print jobs, including quantity produced, materials used, and any issues encountered, for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to enhance knowledge and skills in the field.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on production schedules.

Education and Experience

Associate Degree / Diploma in Graphic design or any Technical studies related to printing and sign production
Proven 2 years experience of working as a Graphic Designer.
