Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Execution:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director on designing print and digital advertising campaigns and collateral.
• Guide projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
• Develop visually compelling designs for online and offline channels.

Corporate Branding and Standards:

• Strategize and develop corporate branding for a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
• Define and enforce standards across print, digital, and physical materials.

Collaboration and Web Design:

• Collaborate with Web designers for cross-platform integration.
• Design layouts that extend branding to an interactive audience.
• Conceptualize physical objects for gifting campaigns.

Project Management:

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines for both digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns.

Brand Evolution:

• Stay informed about industry trends and propose innovative ideas for brand enhancement.

Quality Control:

• Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, adhering to the highest standards in both digital and print.
• Conduct regular reviews to guarantee alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design with experience in animation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of branding and design principles.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital materials, and animations.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with animation preferred.
