Main Accountabilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact from conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead on huge variety of projects, including print, identity (to build on visual \'brand\'), advertising, websites, design briefs, create layouts and final art work and any additional marketing collaterals\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, estimate the time required to complete the work and allocate time according to the priority of the job\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Photo Shoots of Professional Standard, and other Photography assignments covering events, school / nursery activities, field trips, etc. for all Business Units. The resource will also equip the marketing department with necessary photography equipment and accessories to carry out this task\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support for setup of audio & visual devices (like audio mixer, mics, speakers, projectors and screens) for events & presentations\xe2\x80\xa2 Have an optimistic outlook and flexible temperament in a fast-paced working environment Graphic Designs & Creative\xe2\x80\xa2 Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts\xe2\x80\xa2 Producing communication as per plan for \xe2\x80\xa2 Above the line - dailies, magazines, etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Below the line - flyers, brochures, prospectus, SMS, direct mail, outdoor\xe2\x80\xa2 Social - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogs, etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Outreach \xe2\x80\x93 Event / Exhibition participation, stalls, booths, mall promos, etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Events - Monthly events, open houses, coffee mornings, challenges and more\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide final production artwork to production partners/ suppliers\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design\xe2\x80\xa2 Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer\xe2\x80\xa2 Research new software or design concepts\xe2\x80\xa2 Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment\xe2\x80\xa2 Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints for supervisors or clients\xe2\x80\xa2 Curate, archive and manage data bank of suitable images, including in-house pictures, stock imagery, and digitally manipulated images.Audio & Video Production\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for recording key events across business units.\xe2\x80\xa2 Editing and Producing High Quality AV Content that can be used across various channels such as Official Website, YouTube Channel, Demonstrations, Events, etc\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the role of expert / advisor on AV Production Projects and back advise with sound research and analysis\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle professional Video Shoots as and when they are warranted, and project manage till final product\xe2\x80\xa2 Procure tools / equipment as necessary, and suggest improvements to the AV Production ProcessPhotography\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Photographing key events across business units.\xe2\x80\xa2 Reworking / Retouching Pictures that can be used across various channels such as Official Website, Social Media Presentations, Collateral, Events, etc\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the role of expert / advisor on Photography Projects and back advise with sound research and analysis\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle professional Photo Shoots as and when they are warranted, and project manage till final product\xe2\x80\xa2 Procure tools / equipment as necessary, and suggest improvements to the Photography Production ProcessWebsite & Email Marketing\xe2\x80\xa2 Work on all official Email/Newsletter Templates / Designs for all Business UnitsProduction: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all print production\xe2\x80\xa2 Large Format Production (Panaflex, Vinyle Sticker, One way vision, Flags)\xe2\x80\xa2 Indoor Production (Rollup stands, X-Stands, Vinyl sticker)\xe2\x80\xa2 Offset Production\xe2\x80\xa2 Screen Art Production\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with technical team to fix production related technical issues\xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest / advise on print media, quality, and finish of the final product\xe2\x80\xa2 Quality assurance for the final product delivered by the vendor and acceptance / rejection\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle other production related projects including signage, totem poles, murals, wall graphics, etc.Knowledge, Skills and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Graphic Designer with excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite of Products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Acrobat X Pro, Bridge, Media Encoder, HTML\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong working knowledge of Audio / Video Editing Software such as SoundForge, Audacity, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, ActivePresenter, Lightworks, etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work on both Windows and MAC environments with high proficiency\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong typography skills, with ability to create storyboards\xe2\x80\xa2 Artistic with good knowledge of graphics optimization for the web with strong layout and pagination skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of various production media / material and should be able to select and advise suitable media.
