Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced, creative individual who thinks like a designer first and can then complete that vision with professional motion graphics for retail digital campaigns. The individual will work closely with a creative team, software development team and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high quality motion graphics and video content that reflect branding priorities. Primary responsibilities include:

Collaborating with key stakeholders, supervisors and other designers to develop and execute campaign deliverables.
Thinking in design systems, having keen attention to detail and understanding a variety of aesthetics
Using ability to take brand books, style guides, storyboards, scripts and translate them into impactful motion graphics.
Determining the style, technique and medium best suited to produce products that resonate with the intended audience.
Demonstrating understanding of typography, color, and layout.
Designing online collaterals such as web banners and other web-based images for various media and devices.
Creating enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Taking real ownership of your role on each project and see to it that all details are thought-out.
Researching relevant market trends and translating these into motion graphics.
Using highly developed organizational skills including the ability to organize assets and design projects, estimate work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willing to sometimes work overtime/ weekends when under tight deadlines.
Performing other tasks that may be assigned based on skills and knowledge.

Qualification:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Motion Graphics, Design or other relevant designing field.
With more than 3 years professional experience in Motion Graphics / Animation, and a portfolio of exceptional animation, design or illustration projects
Has proven working knowledge of and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (notably After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Having working knowledge of character animation is a plus.
Skills in 3D Design using Premiere, Maya, Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch) is a plus.
Ability to visualize innovative solutions beyond the simple use of software
Must be able to think and respond quickly while maintaining keen attention to detail
Excellent creative, conceptual and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale for stakeholders and team
Ability to meet deadlines while working independently and with a team
