Conceptualize and design visual elements for various marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality designs and artwork.
Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
Work closely with other team members, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving design projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or at an agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums.
Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
