As a Graphic Designer at Userway, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers. Working closely with our marketing, product, and web development teams, you will design a wide range of materials, including website graphics, product packaging, corporate branding, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

*3+ years of graphic design experience.

*A strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design work, including website designs, graphics, and icons (Dribbble or similar platforms).

*Expertise in design software and technologies such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.

*Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

*Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS is preferred, but not required.

*Good understanding of content management systems and their application in design workflows.

*Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

*Familiarity with international web protocols, standards, and technologies relevant to graphic design.

*Adaptability and eagerness to learn new design techniques and software.

*Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.

*A bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Must have:

-11 am Dubai time availability for a daily meeting

-Availability to work 4 hours during Dubai working hours
