Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Print Graphic Designer to join Al Bustan Prints. The ideal candidate should have experience in Branding, Packaging Design, Die Line Creation, Final Print Artwork Preparation, Mockup Creation, and possess hands-on experience in operating and managing digital print production. Duties

Create and Produce graphics and visuals as per specific needs.
Set up and check print-ready files to match color, resolution, and format needs.
Perform detailed quality reviews on designs and fix any print issues.
Adjust and optimize files for various print technologies.
Redesigning for retail brand needs.
Collaborate with designers and staff to meet printing deadlines.
Ensure regular maintenance of printing equipment.
Maintain communication with team for production status.
Monitor production for cost-effective printing solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. (Portfolio)
Proficiency in design software such as (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, any imposition software)
Solid understanding of printing processes, color theory, and pre-press procedures.
Excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Die line Creation and Mockup tools is a plus.
