AESG is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the marketing field to be based in our Dubai office. • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a graphic designer and in the marketing field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere).
• Proficient in MS Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Apps (Gdrive, Google Sites, Sheets).
• Experience in preparing proposals, award templates, talk decks, signage, infographics, and diagrams.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues from different disciplines.
• Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Experience in print design.
• Web Design/Basic HTML/WordPress.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage own workload and changing demands.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A can-do and flexible approach.
• Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional graphic design support across the team.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Think strategically to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity.
• Establish, organise, and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries.
• Brief and liaise with vendors.
• Assist with creative preparation of bid/tender submissions.
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience.
• Create new design ideas for social media platforms, print items, events, branded campaigns, and marketing messages.
• Be involved in and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse trends and keep up with the times, researching new technologies/techniques and how they can be practically applied to our design.
• Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from the Line Manager.
• Assist in the creation and production of quality, dynamic designs for publications, campaigns, advertising, signage, and internal design projects.
